Working in the Pikes Peak region since 1999, Kiva Construction, Inc. specializes in residential additions, historic renovations, kitchen and bath remodels, and custom woodworking. Projects also include porches, decks, patios, window replacements, and commercial renovations.

Our commitment to quality is sustained by a select group of employees, established relationships with local subcontractors, and our depth of experience in building and remodeling processes.

Kimber and Elizabeth Janney combine years of experience in construction and architecture providing customers a comprehensive understanding of the design and building process.

Kimber holds a Class A Building License and has over 30 years of experience in the construction field.  He maintains a high level of personal involvement in each project.

Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Architecture with a background in residential design and historic renovations.

Kiva Construction, Inc. is fully licensed and insured.
